SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be fulfilled from the factory Monday thru Friday. For in-stock items, please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be shipped. All orders are sent using standard shipping via USPS or FedEx. At our discretion items can arrive in multiple packages and by multiple couriers, extra charges do not apply.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the order.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with more details on fulfillment.

You should receive an email confirmation once your order ships with the appropriate tracking number for the courier used to ship your order.

CUSTOMER ORDERS 

Shipping cost for any parts or accessories shipped will be calculated at the time of placing the order.

AUTHORIZED DEALER ORDERS (Continental US) 

As of April 2022, we now charge a flat rate depending on the Catrike model.

The flat shipping rate is as follows:

Electric Trikes and Kits:

$175 on 5.5.9, Dumont, Expedition and 700 eCATs

$150 on Pocket, Trail and Villager eCATs

$75 on eKITs

Standard Trikes:

$100 on our 5.5.9, Dumont, Expedition and 700 models

$75 on our Pocket, Trail and Villager models 

Shipping for remaining parts and accessories is free.

AUTHORIZED DEALER ORDERS (International) 

Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of placing the order.
